Hi ineedhelpplease, how long did you retain the mineral Oil Enema ? For best results, if your bowels are at all impacted, the Oil Enema should be taken while lying down and retained for at least an hour while remaining lying down.

With the salt and the water enemas, how much water did you take? If you only took a pint or two that probably wasn't enough. I would suggest filling the bag all the way up, hanging it about 2 feet above the level of your hips and taking it slowly, allowing a few ounces in at a time, pausing the flow for a minute or so, then resuming, and continuing this alternating inflow and pausing until the bag is empty.

Always take enemas lying down, never while sitting on the toilet, unless there is no other alternative. A comfortable position is the Sims position, pictured below, but good results can be attained while lying down in virtually any position, as well as in the knee-chest position.
