Castor oil packs & insomnia & depression

I have been having pain in my right side for over a year. I tried Master-Cleanse for a week, gallbladder flush twice (gave results, but no permanent improvement), P & B shakes, Schultz #1 (did one container of #2), Humaworm (no noticeable results). Now I have been trying the castor oil packs. The first 3 days of doing it I was very depressed and didn't sleep well. Each night the insomnia gets worse even though I end up taking the packs off after about 4 hours. The pain is mild and bearable, but it is there. Sometimes I have it all up the right side in the chest area, and also in the left neck. Does anyone have any suggestions of something else I could try. I was assuming that I have problems in my gallbladder. Also, sometimes it is itchy right under my right ribs toward the center. Tweet
