I was going to give my mother a HC flush tomorrow and just read this......
she does have high blood pressure
it says no salts should be used
so, you just saved her life :) thank you, thank you.
I will now give her castor oil nightly
it doesn't give a dose just says a full dose
do you think this will be 1/4 cup?
is it ok to mix with juice??

p.s. I did my castor oil this afternoon and combining it with a HC flush......will report tomorrow.......thanks for all the info!!! can't wait to lose my bloat/water weight!!!
