I want to make a echinacea tincture for my daughter, she's 20 months old and 32 lbs. I heard somewhere that vegetable glycerin is good for kid's tinctures. How would I make this and what would be the dosage to give her when she's sick?
Also, I wanted to give her burdock root powder to build up her immune system. She's been on Antibiotics a lot and we're getting her immune system strong again. I was wondering what a good dose would be for her. I plan on mixing it into her food (otherwise I'll let get her to take it :)).
