Re: Woodworm and walnut tincture
hi everyone,
i'm replying here since my question is related (i'm new and haven't figured out how to create a new post yet --maybe it's really obvious but i can't find it anywhere on the forum pages.)
i'm in the middle of my first
parasite cleanse - have been doing parastroy for the past 2 1/2 weeks with no dramatic results at all other than a very regular bm. so far parastroy has just felt like an herbal laxative. for a while now i've been suffering intense brain fog, anemia, hair loss, allover itching, hives,
Sugar cravings, fatigue so i couldn't tell if things were exacerbated by a herxheimer's reaction since these symptoms are already so bad.
because nothing dramatic happened with parastroy, i've decided to phase into the
Black-Walnut - clove -
Wormwood mix for the remaining week because i feel it might be fresher and more potent than dried prepackaged capsules. my questions are:
- do the tinctures (they are all liquid extracts in alcohol) need to be kept refrigerated? i don't see anything mentioned on the bottles other than "shake well."
-
Hulda Clark seems so adamant about the narrow window of time for ensuring freshness of the
Black-Walnut /green hull extract so how to know if it's fresh? somewhere i remember reading that the liquid should be GREEN not BROWN/BLACK when first opened, otherwise it's lost its potency. can anyone confirm that? and where can i buy the green stuff since the bottle i bought is indeed brown not green (gaia herbs "black walnut fresh green hulls." there seems to be no way of knowing what color it is until you buy it.
- can anyone say if the tinctures are better than the freeze-dried capsules? also which brands/formulas did you find the most effective?
any suggestions are greatly appreciated. many thanks!!
