You may want to look into "anal fissure." I have this too and my symptoms are the same as yours. Typically I understand it's caused by constipation, but in my case it was caused by months of loose, watery bowels. I'm still not sure why my colon is so unhappy, but I don't expect the anal fissure to heal until I figure it out. In the meantime, keeping it clean is very important (cotton balls and witch hazel are recommended by doctors, toilet paper is rough and can add more bleeding), and you can also get something called rectogesic which is said to heal the fissure in some people. It didn't work for me but it does help it feel better for now.
