I'm Herxing from Candida die-off

Hi Angel,

Well, it sounds like the mother of all health challenges! I commend you on taking your healing into your own hands. I am having my first real intense herx from candida--am seeing the mucous like you are talking about. I also see candida (bits of white fluff--sometimes looks like toilet paper--in the toilet. I am having severe back pain but am trying to walk every other day which is giving some relief. I hear that the sweating from exercise, and eating a high-fiber diet will help flush out the toxins.

The other thing that seems to help me is drinking some apple cider vinegar (ACV).

I am also freaked a bit because I did an ACV enema last Thursday and had a fair amount of blood come out. Since then I've stopped the enemas, cut way back on eating and am eating clean but still no bowel movement.

Along with intense back and gall bladder pain, I have also broken out in a strange yellow-liquid-filled blistery rash front and back where my gall bladder is. It is quite unnerving isn't it, not knowing what the heck is going on?

I am trying to see this as the dark before the dawn but I am also having Depression and weepiness which is why I am reaching out here.
