I don't know much about this either, but I tried one a few weeks ago and can tell you my experience. Firstly, I found it really hard to find, and when I did, I could only find a 100 mL bottle. I put the contents of that on a flannel, lay on my right side, and put that under my liver (I placed a heated wheat pack underneath it, and a towel underneath that so I wouldn't get it on my sheets), but it seemed to almost dry out after about 45 mins, so I couldn't really keep it on any longer, as there was no more left! I don't know if it did anything. It was the first time I'd done a Liver Flush and the pack, but I did get good results from my flush, so maybe it helped. Not sure. Tweet
