No Idea, but It works

Hi All,
No idea how castor oil works but if you make a warm flannel castor oil pack and hold it over your liver during a Liver Flush or at any time, you feel great in the morning. For women if you place the castor oil pack over your ovaries during menses, the pain goes away. I have no idea how casstor oil works. I know its a poisonous plant though. My mom drinks it as a laxative once a year. I can't I gag. Its gross.
So glad we have forum here now.
