yogurt enema

I really need some comments about my experience.

I was planning a liver flush on full moon and weekend before I deed salt water enema. This time it made me really sick. Usually I am OK about 1 hour after last BM but not this time. I recovered only next day and not completely. So I decided to repeat my colon wash 2 days later. I did 2 times 1 L, followed by intense abdominal movements (nauli) and then 1 L with 1 tbls of yogurt. This one came out almost clean. And I felt kinda recharged. The followed evening I had a surprise – some whitish things in my stool, looking like been sprouts. I’ve never seen those, cause I always chew up real good, so put my gloves on and looked closer. Those looked like dead earthworms, only white! Most likely I would of missed those for sprouts, but one was about 20 cm long! And bean sprouts are usually 5-7 cm. It was a sign for me – my parasite controls did not work and I needed something radical. (Also I passed a few next morning)

I am not a big fan of reinventing a bicycle, I took Dr. Clark recipe and bought all components from our health store, charging empty capsules with organic cloves and wormwood and starting cleanse. And of course I canceled my flush until I finish off cleanse ( no big deal - my lust one was almost nothing) I want to stop stone formation. Next full moon is in June, till then...

Now clean experiment. No sprouts for 2 days, on Sunday morning – 2 times 1L wash, then 1L with yogurt and I was holding this one for about 15 minutes. 5 min on my head, another 5 on my shoulders ( all legs up), transforming slowly to lie on my right side at the end for the rest.

Again it was coming out almost clean. So I was waiting for my evening BMs. This time I had just one – about 10 cm white worm without the head, like half digested at both ends.

Did anyone had things going after Lactobacillis Acidophilus Enema? I’ve hear somewhere – parasites are changing pH in the colon toward basic. Yogurt is acidic and might of kill some.

Also firs couple of days taking antiparasites capsules I felt kinda biting sensation in my rectum – like something was trying to find the way out, but did not see anything in my stool.

I feel shaken by events, but determined to go all the way. My body is for me only!
