Hello everybody!
I ve been coming back on the forum regularily, and read all your new posts. Gary and everybody , this is what i have to say, The action i took that day was my best move ever, i am still in remission , no problems at all, i do not feel any pain either, anywhere in my abdomen, i do not take any medications or natural supplements, i eat good food , i eat bad it doesn't change a thing. I am back on track and encourage all of you to try it, you don't have to tell anyone. I gained 15 pounds since that day and it feel great cause at 5'11'' 142 pounds was skinny!
