Re: Is There a Cure for Varicose Veins??

i am a firm believer in eating the right foods, but as far as cholesterol is concerned, it is nothing to worry about. Our HDL cholesterol should be high and the LDL should be low. Both forms of cholesterol to difeferent things and head in a different direction in the body. Studies were done years ago, and one such reaseacrcher today is trying to stop the load of crap being advertised to make people use cholesterol lowering drugs and eat margarine. Blame the cotton farmers for inventing margarine with cotton seed, the cotton seed was a waste product that killed the cows when fed to them, so they used it to make margarine instead of making lard. Butter was considered food for the rich people in the early 1900's. A study in which rabbits were fed butter killed them was used as the basis that butter is bad when rabbits are vegetarian! A good site to check out on cholesterol is one by 'mgoldmanns'or type in the name weston price and go from there.
