Spasms In Back...

Good Morning...

Last Wednesday I was helping a friend with our group bulk food orders. I needed to move a 50 pound bag of oatmeal and did so without my mind being on properly moving the heavy bag. I pulled the bag into place with my back bent forward...immediately I felt a pulling sensation in my lower back and knew I was in trouble. I finished my work quickly and sailed home to apply cold and hot packs. That seemed to be working til, Thursday night the spasms began and were so painful. Friday morning it was very hard to stand straight. I applied a fomentation of BF&C, that helped a little. Friday afternoon I needed more help. I applied the BF&C ointment to my lower back, then applied the Cayenne ointment, then on with a BF&C fomentation. Lying on the sofa with heat on the area I was just so happy to find my spasms all gone within a half hour!!! I was able to sleep last night and I am very thankful for herbal formulas!

A friend asked me if I had seen a doctor for my back. I was amazed by her asking me that question. But, as we already those that love us and don't want to learn of the miracles of God herbs will continue to question our sanity so to speak. I just let her know that I am not interested in pain pills but in healing. As in the past my comment fell upon deaf ears. Oh well. It is a sad thing to see our friends and family going the way of allopathic medicine. As time passes I am hopeful that some will choose good health over the quick fix.
