Another Cookbook For You to Try

This was my family's first introduction to healthy eating and still remains a favorite. It's a great transition diet from 100% SAD. I can't think of a recipe in there that my entire family hasn't liked. The oldest son in this family was a guest in our home a few years ago and he gave me the cookbook and videos as a hostess gift.
