thanks! the pain has subsided, pretty much gone. i think i've also passed some eggs, if this is possible this early on. these were the rice style kind. i've also passed lots of very very small floating things, little specs i guess you could say. not sure if this is just sediment in my passing or if it is anything parasite related. i've been going to the bathroom quite a bit today. is this fairly normal for this time period? i've read others had similar reactions.....soft frequent stool. i just keep looking for the "whopper" i guess, the big fish LOL.

one other thing i noticed is that i've had some itching since starting the cleanse. i used to have this, but not in a long time. but since starting i've felt some itching a couple of times. am i perhaps waking the hidden?

just really want to know what i can expect along the way.
