Re: why god sent jesus on earth?

you give us good pause for thought. i know i have been so negative about the world that it has dragged me down. now, the obvious observer can see how negative it is, but is this how god sees it? no, i dont think so. i am reminded of what our lord said after he gave as stern a warning as he could to those who were righteous in their own eyes:

Luke 13:34
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

this is the heart of god, and i desire it to be mine as well. love is deliberate. it is time to tell it like it is, for the truth is love.
