frankly, i do not see the sense in any group much larger than a dozen heads of households. simple group dynamics can explain this. but i prefer trusting the example jesus set - twelve disciples. or even better, seven ekklesia. there is no strength, no benefit in numbers. the bible is releat with examples. in fact, the ideal is one on one with the lord. this is where all the great men and women of faith stood.
