help me cure brain tumor (astrocitom)

Hi! My name's Rodion I'm from Ukraine and i have a big problem. astrocitom in my head at the left frontal area (size: 4*;4,5*;5 cm). May be you know how to cure it? in my country neurosurgery not in top level so i be about surgery in German. But in any case this tumor can't be deleted completely and i don't know what to do after surgery.
I hear about VALKION but dont know what's this exactly.
