WOW! I had an eye twitch for about a month! And come to think of it, I think it was while I was doing the parasite drops! Never put the 2 together. It was so annoying- my whole upper eyelid! It eventually just went away. I didn't have any discharge, though. I'm sure it was something nasty coming out- my humble guess would be bacteria, but I guess it could also be parasites. Wonder what the twitch is all about??
