Re: Intermittent fasting and Ketogenic reality

A lot of people eat too much protein on the Keto diet. I eat some nuts, low carb fruits and vegetables, and plenty of green vegetables. Fattier cuts of meat like pork and salmon. Cheese is a perfect ratio food to eat.

You want to eat healthy balanced fats. Lot's of fish. Olive oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil. No seed oils like Canola, Genetically-Modified-Organisms Soy etc. Oils with omega 6 should be avoided.

I recommend Dr Berg on YouTube to learn how to do healthy Keto.

All my indicators on my blood tests have improved. My cholesterol is high but my HDL is Higher than my harmful LDL and my triglycerides are lower. So I'm ok According to Dr Berg. My blood pressure has improved to the point that I'm using half as much medication. If I use the full dose my blood pressure gets too low.

My health continues to improve.
