I am really hoping its not something serious, and really hope I can resolve this as soon as possible

I have had this on and off for about 1-2 years, but it wasn't as severe as recently, I don't know why

I also have an unbalanced digestive flora, and a coated tongue (which I presume suggests infection/bad bacteria in digestive system?)

I have fatigue/tiredness, but had never directly associated it with this issue, although the dehydration and interrupted sleep may cause that, in addition to headaches


How can I test if I have insipidus? and if you don't mind me asking, how have you managed it and are you able to go on with a normal life?
also wondering, apart from you mentioning an infection, do you know what specifically may have caused it?
