A craving buster that works perfectly

Wanted to share something that was useful to me....

I do professional hypnosis and use it for a field unrelated to nutrition. I made myself some meditation and affirmation audios recently as I was just NOT FASTING and could not do it, even though every day I told myself I would. They worked so fricken well I wanted to share.





So, I'm going to make a series of audios and post them on youtube that relate to: eliminating cravings, affirmations for healthy (in our case it's fasting) choices, dealing with hunger and so on. This is not a personal advertisement for any service just FYI. I'm doing it for me... for my own fasting journey and struggles but what the heck.

Lots of people are in the same boat. It was such a relief to throw on the mp3 and have it made easy. I would love to know what things YOU struggle with the most, what cravings, what willpower or sensation or hunger issues if were resolved would make fasting successful for you and I'll make some helpful audios and share them.
