5 year plantar wart cured in 5 days.

I struggled with a plantar wart for more than 5 years. I tried all the regular home treatments as well as over the counter treatments with only minimal success (actually only ACV really seemed to do anything).

After finally trying laser surgery and liquid nitrogen -both extremely painful and miserable walking for 2 weeks following each of the 2 procedures it kept coming back. Finally it not only came back, but even grew into a cluster and took over the entire wound area from where I had gotten the laser treatment.

finally i decided I was going to take care of this on my own and go hard with the ACV and not stop just because it grew painful -it wasn't going to be more painful than the professional treatment. When it became sore due to the ACV treatment I took pain killers.


so how did i get rid of my plantar wart which had grown into a cluster after laser surgery -in only about 5 days?!

here's how:

ACV: SOAK IT. Grab a ziplock freezer bag and add enough ACV to soak the wart. I soaked mine for about an hour or more as I watched TV. After that I soaked a cotton makeup remover (not just Qtips like I had done before), and applied it and built myself a duct tape sock -see below. All night -and even the next few days at work. if it burned: pain killers.

Tea Tree oil. I had tried this before but gave up because even just a bit of oil caused the duct tape to fall of. Solution: a layer of plastic and duct tape sock -see below.
soaked a cotton makeup roomer. applied to wart. next I put a layer of plastic to keep it from the duct tape. then I duct taped all around to keep the oil in. all night and even to work. Came home and the oil was still there and working.

wart was finally gone in only a few days.

ACV and tea tree oil (I can't be 100% sure which one did it) can kill the wart virus. It's just a matter of getting enough on there to do the job. Good luck!
