Mouth parasites? Morgellons?

I'm certain I have strongyloides or morgellons - confused on what makes them different. I am currently on ICU protocol - two months in. I previously did my own version which obviously didn't work.

Homeopathic MD treating me for parasites, candida, Lyme and mold infections.

These started coming out of my gums a few months ago but now it is every time I eat. I also have something in the base of my esophagus which occasionally comes out during meals that I have to vomit up. Looks like white jellyfish.

What are these in my gums and how do I kill them. I've considered Tapeworm segments, flukes or amoebas.

I have started vitamin C and hydrogen peroxide IV's which have helped with energy and neurological symptoms.
