40 days water fast in

I'm on day 40 of a 60 day, I'm starting to develop minor headaches in the frontal lobe area. While this is fast is not so much about weight loss, I am right at about my old fighting weight which is telling me that I'm starting to get to the older layers of adipose. Am I going through a second wave of detox? It's nothing I can't work through and the steam room helps a lot, but at the same time if it is a health issue I'll break the fast. Also just on an aside my stomach is always feeling slightly queasy lately, like my stomach just isn't quite settle. Again nothing major but I would be very interested to hear your opinions.Thanks in advance. Tweet
