Grey matter in phlegm?

Hello all! I recently began taking a candida supplement after a confusing Pityriasis rosea diagnosis. Since beginning the supplement I have had the strangest die off symptoms. Everything from a headache that does NOT respond to pain relievers to a dry cough.

The strangest part has been the grey septum in my mucus. I have uploaded three pics of it on my account. Has anyone ever come across this before? Any insight would help! Thank you :)! My tonsils have been extremely inflamed for about a year now. I have also been oil pulling for the past few weeks.
