Worms, but all tests negative

I contracted worms 9 months ago while cleaning my gutter (in Texas) with a
leaf blower. Putrid water ended up all over my face. Four days later, I had
a bout of diarrhea and ever since then my stools have been mushy.

Using my own microscope, I have consistently seen eggs and microscopic worm
parts in my stools at a magnification of 100X to 400X. I have also seen a
large mass of worms in my stool and have a picture of the tangled mass after
washing it off in my sink.

In spite of all this, I have submitted 19 vials of stool sample to Quest
Diagnostics and Lab Corp and they have just as consistently concluded that I
am parasite-free. These samples were collected on 5 different days. This
is almost unbelievable. I suspect they either are not looking and therefore
committing fraud, or they are just extremely incompetent.

I have been to 2 primary care physicians, one GI doctor, and 3 infectious
disease doctors. Blood tests have also been done, and they have all been
negative. I have been referred to UT Southwestern hospital, but they are
not accepting new parasite patients. I tried the Mayo Clinic, but for some
reason my first ID doctor refused to confirm my referral when they called
her back, and I have not pursued the Mayo Clinic option since.

I have taken a lot of albendazole, ivermectin, and pyrantel pamoate. None
of these had any effect on my worms. I have also taken fenbendazole (dog
wormer from Walmart). NOTHING fazes these worms.

I feel them moving in my eye sockets and once after sneezing violently I
found a small worm on the back of my tongue.

I'm at a loss as to what to do at this point. If anyone has any ideas, or
can point me to another hospital or an expert parasitologist, I would (of
course) greatly appreciate it !! Thanks!
