That ozone generator looks like it woul work.  You should just connect tubing to the ozone out, and pump ozone gas to a diffuvers at the bottom of the water.  See image below for example.

While that ozone generator may have low ozone production, it would work to do the job.  If you are unhappy with the quality of diffuser, there are others available that will hold up.  Any ceramic diffuser should do the trick.
