Help ID passing parasite clease. *WARNING GRAPHIC PICTURES*

Please help me to ID. I read some where on the site that rinsing the "discoveries" in alcohol will better help ID. The alcohol didn't help too much.

I even put some peroxide on it to further clean it up but these pics are the best I can do. I am currently doing PB shakes, Wormwood tincture,
aloe vera gel, and DE. I am going to start incorporating ACV and Vitamin C for candida.

I just finished a detox bath of epsom salt, DE, ACV, and baking soda but can't seem to flush these guys out fast enough since I'm only doing
2 BMs a day.

Suggestions for cleansing, detoxing, removing parasites, worms, and candida.... as well as IDing this pic please.

Is it possible that the white things are rice and not worms? I keep passing millions of them so I'm wondering....
