Can anyone help me identify what's in my stool? Warning: graphic pictures

Can anyone help me identify what this is? Parasites/candida/skin shedding/something else?

In the close ups, there are what appears to be tiny spots of blood and weird black thread-like things.

As an fyi: I'm on the last day of a Lyme provocation test, so have been taking Flagyl & Zithromax. I'd done a coffee enema earlier in the day. I was extremely nauseated about a half hour before passing these (then nausea went away).
