Re: Lemon while fasting?

I am currently fasting. Started with a salt cleanse to void my bowels completely. Since then using 2 tbsp of lemon juice in 2 litres of water plus herbal teas. Now at 42 hours since the last meal. I also had a Vit B drink today (Berocca) which probably set back the fast a bit. Hoping to go to 72 hours. I will avoid the Vit B drink for the rest. My first fast! Tweet
