Who the fruit diet is good for

- People with little to no hydrochloric acid in the stomach

- People with malfunctioning pyloric valve

- People with impaired pancreatic function

- People with impaired gall bladder function

- People with impaired liver function

- People with weak or malfunctioning small intestines

- People with pathologically low alkaline phosphatase enzymes

- People with impaired kidney function

- People with malfunctioning colons

That's just off the top of my head.

So, in summary, the fruit diet is most appropriate for the sickest of the sick - people who are in such bad shape that they lack functional ability to digest almost every other food that healthy people can digest properly.

When the fruit people start prosyletizing just remember how impaired your body has to be to only tolerate fruits.
