Weird Symptoms? Help

I've been on a strict candida diet for a few months now, most of my symptoms have gone away, but there are still a few that remain. I get these splinter hemmorhages that look like this:




I get 5-6 on each finger randomly, they come and go but there is always at least a few.

I've also noticed that my urine has really stunk for a couple of months, I thought it may be due to ketosis, but i used a urine test which showed negative.


Any idea as to how to clear these up or the cause? Especially the splinter hemorrhages? They start as local pain/soreness in the finger nail, and then bam, next day I have more of them.

(PS my lymph nodes have been swollen for a month now if that adds any insight)
