Testosterone!

If you guys haven't had Testosterone checked, please do. It is damn near as important as Cortisol and Thyroid. I am posting an article from a guy who doubled his Test in one month with simple lifestyle and diet changes. He went to a high fat, Paleo type diet, which is what I am doing. My free Test 2 months ago was 13, and just recently was 17. Free test is what's bound, or available. Much like Saliva Cortisol vs Serum. Blood is most accurate for Test. I am going to stick on Paleo for a few more months, and have Test checked again in 2 weeks. I think I will be able to break over 20, which is awesome. My total test is 523, and I want to break out over 600. Once my sleep gets better it will me much higher. Test has so much to do with mood, and fatigue. There are 80 year olds who's Total Test exceed 1,000! Let's see what we can do. Paleo is making more and more sense. I do a modified Paleo with a few more carbs than typical. Dr Wilson's Diet is good too. I am probably gonna be able to wean off HC in the next 3-6 months too. I am also weight training 2-4 times a week for 20 minutes. Weights are a great Test booster. Just do about 20% of what you think your max is, and if you feel crashy, calm down. Yoga is good too.

Please read this too. Post your Test results and age if you got em :)
