Ovarian Cysts and Castor Oil

I have used castor oil packs for ovarian cysts and fibroids successfully in the past. Recently, I found out that I had three new ovarian cysts and have been doing castor oil packs again. I have read that you can soak a tampon in castor oil and insert it over night to speed the recovery process along for both cysts and fibroids. Has anyone heard of this? Do you think it is safe? Tweet
