It doesn't sound like infection since you're not urinating frequently. Kidney cleansing herbs dislodge the sharp oxalic acid crystals in your kidneys and help eliminate them. As these crystals are extremely sharp and pointy, although very small, they are causing tremendous pain in that area. It is possible that these movements cause some light bleeding. If you're not hemorrhaging I wouldn't panic.
The urine will be dark for some time while these deposits get flushed out.

I strongly advise against any heavy metal chelation at this time since your kidneys have such trouble detoxifying. If you chelate now or in the near future you will cause irreversible damage to your kidneys. Just do one cleanse at the time, don't be impatient. Also, make sure you've removed all of your Amalgams beforehand.

Keep doing a few more liver flushes, a longer kidney cleanse (drink lots of water, don't drink coffee or tea because of the oxalic acid) and a colon cleanse. Once your organs are eliminating properly can you embark on chelation. Tweet
