I swear the one time I was feeling better 1.5-2 years ago was something with my diet. I'd tried so many things.. and couldn't ever remember. Recently realizing that I had been putting lots of Turmeric with my food. Just adding it, I never thought anything much more of it..

Thank you for posting on turmeric, it does seem to do an amazing job.

What symptoms did it relieve for you?
