Re: Gingivitis, Gum disease, Periodontitis is the cause of peeling lips

i have had deep pocket cleaning every year, but the bacteria always comes back. the dentist tells me my gums are receding and they are red due to bacteria infection under the gum lines. the dentist recomends flossing after you eat. i use a water pick and i do floss after every meal. i make sure the floss goes under the gum lines. flossing is a pain because it does stretch your lips and the dry skin will start to flake. i also use Listerin and swish for 10 minutes to neutralize and kills the food particles left behind after eating.
