My guess is ensuring a diet rich in trace minerals, which is extremely difficult unless eating whole, organic, biodinamically and grass fed is probably the ticket to dealing with all kinds of virus and bacterial threats.

Including good oils and fats of course... but then we all know that biodynamically, organic, grass fed animals have higher levels of CLA and Omega threes; enough to compete with cold water fish for top spot.
