Weight loss from Castor Oil & OJ flush

I have been struggling to lose an excess 28ibs for a few years now. The weight really piled on after I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago espescially around my middle which was odd for me and losing it is HARD.

The only thing that seems to shift the weight is the CO & OJ flush when I lose 2-3 ibs every time. I have done it 3 times now and the weight doesn't seem to come back. The remarkable thing is my pot belly is going down which is such a relief. I have done 6 Liver Flushes and any weight lost comes back almost straight away.

I am doing it once a week, is this ok?
