Re: Probiotic ingestion or implants after colonic?
I've had various digestive (and other
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome issues) that have intensified over the past 2 years. I've had lower left ab pain in my right colon for over 1 year and have suspected yeast. This coincides with carb intolerance on-set. I've tried everything, you name it, I've tried it, enzymes, anti-fungal, priobiotics, prebiotics, flushes, enemas and on and aon. To no avail, the pain was still there along with other symptoms.
Here's what is seeming to work...
1. cultured vegetables
2. organic
coffee enema (2 in a row, 12 min retention if possible).
But the big one is.....
3. I have been following that immediately with an impant of a priobiotic/prebiotic concoction that I grew in my yogurt maker. I combine 2 capsules of Flora Boitic 16 with 3 tsp (15 g) of non FOS inulin. The inulin feeds the bifo which is what we need in our large colon. Be careful of what inulin you use, since most of it has FOS, which will feed the yeast too!
I've done it 3x over the past 2 weeks. The day after the implant I do generate some excessive gas. But....the pain is gone. Furthermore, I have found large white stingy clumps of matter in my stool. My stool smells abnormally sweet and I am nearly certain that I am eliminating candida. I've been heistant to try colon hydrotherapy, enemas, or implants, but I am becoming a believer. I am considering cancelling my lower/upper gi in 2 weeks and purchasing a colema board instead. Will have to wait and see if this holds.
