Can someone help me to make sense of my adrenal and thyroid tests please?

I live in Europe so the tests are slightly different than the US.

My adrenal test showed a low morning amount below the reference range.
The rest of the day was within normal ranges.
I am assuming this is a big indicator of adrenal fatigue from what I read?

My thyroid test showed a Free T4 thyroxine level of 814 with a reference range between 550 - 3160
The Free T3 was 829 in a range between 800-2500

Am I hypothyroid as well? Or am I just low in T3?

I have a severe twitching in my foot and leg that is getting worse and I have had a Cat scan and the neuro says I am fine.

I have read for months on the itnernet trying to find out what is wrong with me since I do not have access to a holistic doctor. I email with one but none to see in person.

If anyone out there can tell me if they think I will benefit from Iodoral..I just ordered it.

Will it solve my thyroid problems?
Please help..
