Re: End of day 14...No more heartburn

Hi DeepCleaning,

I am also glad to hear your heartburn is gone! Lucky you! I'm on Day 18 and although it has majorly decreased, it's still there. Drinking water immediately after I feel it coming on seems to clear it up in seconds. As for your back pain, I can also relate. I tend to experience it when I've been on my feet for too long, and sitting always helps to relieve it. Actually, lying down has been even better for it. And again, I can also relate to the breath thing! Isn't it crazy? I've never had such bitter, foul tasting breath. Thank god this is only an online forum, or else I'd feel sorry for you all. Haha.

In terms of fasting to completion, I have set my Water Fast for 40 days, but I'm planning to extend it for however long necessary if my body is in a healing crisis during that time, so who knows, maybe I'll end up fasting to completion after all. :-)

I think it sounds like you're doing really great so far! Your body seems to definitely be making the most of this fast, so keep at it! :-)

Lastly, I've heard of people fasting for 90 days, but they were usually dealing with morbid obesity and were medically supervised throughout. I've also heard of a man fasting for much longer, but that was years ago, so don't quote me on that. As you already probably know, your body will tell you exactly what the right amount of days is for you, should you fast to completion.

All the best! :-)

Peace,

estugrrl
