Blue man on youtube video, questions

Granted, I know this is the media and big pharma trying to cast a bad light on Colloidal Silver . However, something apparently did happen to this guy.

Hard to tell, but to me it looks like the reporter is holding a Sota device at 45-50 seconds into the video.

Seeing as this is something I want to get into, I would of course like to avoid turning blue =)

Does anyone know exactly what happened to this guy?
