Day 11 I think I'm pooping worms?

Well I've discussed in an earlier post my rear end questions but I think now It's possibly moved on to mucus and little rice like flakes. Tons of these flakes. Are these worms that are dying from my cleanse. If so should I stop and get medicine or continue flushing them out? I really had intended in bringing this to a close but I've come this far and if it's getting rid worms that's a good thing.
