coffee enema racing heart

I did the coffee enema at 1am and then after passing most of the liquid went straight to bed. 4 hours later I woke with a start and a racing heart and went to the toilet a few times. My heart was racing like crazy - i did my best not to panic (very tough for me!) and it has settled but I'm a little unnerved by it.

Any thoughts/comments? maybe doing at 1am NOT such a good idea???!! it is still fast now but not super fast. any dangers here?
