Bowel, Kidney and Liver Cleanse
Hi Uny and Ya'all,
I just started
Dr. Schulze 's bowel cleanse. I've been on IF#1 for 4 days now. I think I need something inbetween 3-5 caps a day, still playing with the dosage. I notice that my excretes are bulkier and the overall amount of each bm is also larger. Does IF#1 bulk up the stool, or it's just an illusion because the stool is softer and looser and gave the appearance of larger quantity. Also, my fart stinks. (It usually does not smell as long as I'm regular.) Is IF#1 melting the old STINKY stock, hence the smelly fart?
I have not started on IF#2 yet. But, will probably start soon. I'm now at a point that I want to decide whether to do the
kidney cleanse 1st or the liver cleanse 1st...
I was under the impression that the
Liver Flush can be harsh on the kidney. So, it's better to do a
kidney cleanse 1st to strengthen it a little and get it ready and prep for the liver flush. (Esp. that I recently had a bladder/kidney infection episode, I figure that's the way to go.) Then, when I read
Dr. Schulze , he says that usually liver cleanse is done before the kidney cleasne. Is that because his liver cleanse is not a FLUSH; just a mild cleanse so it does not overload the kidney?
Moreover,
Dr. Schulze suggests a mininum of 2 weeks of bowel detox prior to the 5-day
kidney cleanse (as well as the liver cleanse). Is it because of the 3-day fast? Since liquid fast tend to curtail (or even stop) bm, Dr. Schulze wants to make sure you have a solid bm rhythm going before attempting any fast. The 2-wk bowel detox mininum really has nothing to do with the kidney nor the liver cleanse per se.
Without engaging to the full-blown 5-day kidney cleanse, can I just use the kidney tea (with tincture) on it's own; just to get some benefits when a 3-day fast is not always possible?
Further more, can I use the tincture alone (w/o the tea) on it's own, so that I can add the tincture to my juice, my soup and even salad?
And, what would be the dosage be? Four cups of the Kidney/Bladder tea with 2 dropperfuls of the tincture per cup is the recommended daily dosage for the cleanse. I got the impression that one can drink as much as his/her stomach allowed? You can't overdose on this stuff? Is that true?
Then a quick comparison of the liver and the kidney cleanse shows that they're almost identical! With the exception of the kidney tea/tincture and the morning lemon/cayenne tonic. Does that mean that when you're doing the kidney cleanse you're essentially doing the liver cleanse as well?
Moreover, Dr. Schulze suggests alternating the 5-day kidney cleanse with the 5-day liver cleanse. In other words, take 5-days off the kidney tea/tincture and the lemon/cayenne tonic. Does that mean those two could be harsh (over-cleansing) to the body, just when I thought they can be safely consumed indefinitely?
-Thx a million!
