Yes it does seem we have to rotate herbs. Just FYI I found something a few weeks ago, can't remember where I read it but it says not to combine Castor oil with Male Fern root (which is in several anti- parasite cleansers) or it can be toxic!!! Just want people to be aware of that! If I run across it again I will post it to this forum.
