you are probably correct in your assumption of other country's women, i would agree in theory, but fans expect me to comment on what i know to be true. if i stated that "african women in upper volta are terrible at choosing mates"...how would i really know that? "women from the ukraine, wow, do they suck at picking husbands". again, how do i know that to be true? i know amerikan women and amerikan women are horrible at choosing mates, probably australians are horrible as well. or turkish women or israeli women...i don't know. haven't seen them in action so i don't really have a feel for foreign women and their choices. amerika has a strong 50% divorce rate going in any one decade and if truth be known, another 25% need to be divorced. that's a strong 75% of all husband/wife tandems that probably were a mistake to begin with.
