Mucus in stool, thin stool after constipation bout. Polyp? Obstruction?

I had some bad constipatin for four days which is slowly passing. I had overeaten some cooked potatoes and grain bread after being raw vegan. I overate these things because I have an old addiction to starches. This led to four days of constipation.

Now that things are getting back on track I have some looser stools that still take some time to pass and come out thinnish. There seemed to be a bit of mucus on one today.

When I was constipated I felt a pain on the left side from straining (dumb, I know) and wonder if I gave myself a benign polyp or if there is some obstruction.

How would I heal that?

Can I do an enema in a few days after menstruation? There is some slight spastic on the left and right.

Am I ok? Should I eat or just juice?
